SOLO CLUB Malibu provides members with a property Keyman that serves as their primary contact for seamless management, maintenance, renovations, and improvements.

Membership benefits include:

A Keyman (property manager)
A Property Plan, which includes budget management, a roadmap for property improvements, an accessible record of all property maintenance, and an interior aesthetics plan
Interior and exterior services, event planning, general contracting work, and management of 3rd party vendors and service providers
Regular cadence of summary reports on operations and conditions of the property
